Cam’ron says he and Ma$e made a collaboration album, but Ma$e won’t release it

Cam’ron and Ma$e are on a historic tear with their hit sports talk show It is what it isbut according to Cam, the pair are all set to release a joint album — with Ma$e’s blessing, that is.

Per The sourcethe Harlem native revealed that he and Ma$e have enough collaborative and solo songs to make an album, but Ma$e is hesitant to let the public hear them.

“Me and Ma$e got an album. He said we can’t release it!,” the 48-year-old told his followers on Instagram, adding that Ma$e’s reasoning behind his decision remains unknown to him. “I don’t know what it’s about. We made six to seven songs. We do the songs and then he says, ‘No.’

Cam then speculated that Ma$e may have planned to keep the aforementioned material hidden for some time or effort, adding that he was asked not to listen to any of the unreleased songs from the public. “I don’t know what Ma$e is keeping them for. But we have songs together and not together. I’m just not allowed to play them.”

The Come home with me The creator spoke highly of his fellow Harlem native’s curvaceous recordings, noting that he has a surplus of songs stashed away for safekeeping. “Ma$e has crazy songs. Those sh*ts are hot too. All the Ma$e songs are hot,” he continued. “I’m not going to be frontal, he’s got some really, really, really good songs.”

While Killa isn’t sure what’s stopping Ma$e from unveiling new music, he says he appreciates being able to listen to it, even if it’s private. ‘Why was he holding them? I can’t answer that. I don’t know why Ma$e is holding on to these numbers,” Cam continued.

“I asked him, ‘Can I play them?’ and he said to me, ‘No.’ Maybe they are just for him to enjoy. I hear them too, I enjoy them. Trust me, if I could play this stuff that Ma$e plays for me, I would.
