Kim Soo Hyun, who is already an established actor, is facing another wave of fame after the success of his comeback drama ‘Queen of Tears’. As a gift to his enthusiastic supporters, he is going on a fan meeting tour this year.

His agency, Gold Medalist, announced that the actor will hold the 2024 Kim Soo Hyun Asia Tour in Japan ‘Eyes On You’, scheduled for June 22 and 23.

This upcoming event is said to hold significant significance for the actor and his fans as it will be their first reunion after almost a decade since the conclusion of Kim Soo Hyun’s drama ‘My Love from the Star’.

HighZium confirmed that Kim Ji Won’s fan meeting in Seoul will take place on June 22. However, it immediately raised concerns as fans complained about the date and the venue’s limited capacity.

According to a source, the event will take place in a small live venue that can only accommodate 400 people. Fans are raising their voices to make a change to a larger venue or add an extra day so that other fans can attend the fan meeting as well.

Byeon Woo Seok is currently gathering a huge following, thanks to his rom-com series ‘Lovely Runner’. He receives warm attention when he plays the role of Ryu Sun Jae, a top star and singer of the K-pop group Eclipse.

He justifies his increasing fame by being called Sun Jae among fans instead of his real name.

In particular, Byeon Woo Seok attended the opening ceremony of the 25th Jeonju International Festival on May 1. Since it was his first public appearance since his drama premiered, many fans came out to call him ‘Sun Jae’.

According to a source, the location had to be changed due to its overwhelming popularity. On May 4, the actor took part in the JIFF event and the organizers already anticipated the large number of fans and changed the location.

However, due to confusion, they had to quickly change the ticket distribution, time, location and method again as fans lined up overnight to see it up close.

Since they dominate K-entertainment, it is no exaggeration that these three K-drama stars developed an idol-worthy popularity syndrome. From fans staying up all night waiting for their favorite stars, fiercely competing for tickets and attending events, to meeting fans through fan meetups used to be a common culture among K-pop idol fans, but is now expanding to K-actors .
