The report said, “AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Sunday morning inaugurated Asia’s premier command control room for real-time governance, constructed in the first block of the Interim Secretariat in Velagapudi.”

We continue found it a Facebook post from Nara Chandrababu Naidu, dated November 26, 2017, stating “Today inaugurated the Real Time Governance State Center, in the first block of the Secretariat. The well-equipped and technologically advanced center will serve as a synchronized platform to leverage e-governance, technology and electronic communications for hosting surveillance wing, grievance redressal, major events, natural disaster alert system etc. for the citizens. It will also function as an ecosystem across all 13 districts to manage the data of all households in the state to impact their lives with effective governance, ensuring the ‘People First’ mantra.”

The post contained a photo identical to the viral image, except for YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s photo on screen in front of Naidu. Comparing the viral image with the Facebook photo, we can conclude that the former has been edited to falsely show Naidu looking at Reddy while presenting the YSR Congress party manifesto for the upcoming polls.
